Visitor Check Out Processes

Checked-in visitors can check out by identifying themselves using their Registered Visitor, a code associated with their visit, or by their name. If a check-out survey is active, it will appear after the guest identifies themselves. Once they complete the survey, the visitor will be checked out of the system. Check Out by QR Code

Scan QR Code lets visitors scan their Registered VisitorClosed A visitor registered as a long-term visitor at an organization. Depending on the system configuration, these users can self-register and / or be registered by an ALICE Portal user within your organization. QR code to check out. Check Out by Code

Check-out by code allows the visitor to provide one of the codes associated with their check-in, such as their badge number, Appointment Code, or Registered Visitor Code. Once the code is recognized as valid, the visitor will be checked out or sent to the check-out survey screen.

 

Check Out by Name

Guests can search for their name to check out using the By Name option. Typing in a part of their name will begin a search. Once they select their name, they will click Next to complete the check-out process or be sent to the survey screen.
